1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline & Coverage

  • We offer delivery services across all Emirates within the UAE.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time on selected products or order values.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your package is shipped, a tracking number and a link will be sent to your registered email address or via SMS. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email are 100% correct before completing your order.

  • Infa Souq is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

  • Our courier partner will attempt to contact you before delivery.

  • If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the package without a valid reason, additional shipping charges may apply for scheduling a re-delivery.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

  • Please provide your order number along with photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you immediately.
